1. Release of the 34 Thai lines (Sen): to relax muscles and ease joint and bone tension, enhancing the flow of vital energy.
2. Deep release of fascial adhesions: using ancient Thai techniques, this reduces muscle pain and improves blood and energy circulation.
3. Targeted pressure on energy points (meridians): to relieve chronic blockages, improve bodily functions, and reduce persistent pain.
4. Gentle bone realignment: applied only when necessary, without abrupt manipulation, to help the body regain harmonious alignment.
This massage is ideal for relieving chronic pain, releasing built-up tension, restoring energy flow, and rebalancing the mind-body connection. It suits both those familiar with Thai massage and those discovering it for the first time.
Our approach goes beyond traditional Thai massage. Thai Solution Massage follows a four-step method that blends authentic Thai techniques with principles from Chinese acupuncture. The goal is to deeply release tension and restore the body’s natural balance.
Unlike traditional Thai massage, which typically involves full-body sequences of pressure and stretching, our method follows a precise structure tailored to each person’s specific needs. Thai Solution Massage isn’t just about relaxation or passive stretching — it aims for deep functional rebalancing.
Here are the four core steps of the protocol:
1. Release of the 34 Thai lines (Sen)
2. Deep release of fascial adhesions
3. Targeted pressure on energy points (meridians)
4. Gentle bone realignment
This integrated approach improves Qi flow, eases deep-seated pain, and helps the body recover a stable, lasting energy. Every session is carried out with care and precision, following the safe method developed by Kru Thep.
Thai energy lines – or Sen – are invisible energy pathways in Thai tradition, similar to Chinese meridians. Unlike standard muscle massage, line or tendon massage focuses on clearing blockages that hinder the flow of energy throughout the body.
These lines often overlap with deep tendons, ligaments, and nerves, which is why working on them provides structural relief at a deep level.
When these lines are tight or blocked, muscles become stiff as a secondary effect.
By releasing the lines first, muscles naturally relax without needing strong direct pressure.
This approach is gentler, safer, and longer-lasting than techniques that press directly on sore muscles, which may cause bruising or inflammation.
In Thai Solution Massage, Sen lines are central to the protocol. Master Kru Thep refines the traditional Thai line work with modern updates:
Some lines are removed to eliminate redundancy
Others are added or adjusted to match meridian points beneath the lines
This bridges Thai tradition and Chinese energy systems, resulting in more precise, consistent, and effective treatment for chronic pain.
Fascia is a thin connective tissue layer that surrounds muscles, organs, bones, and nerves. It forms a 3D network that lets body structures slide smoothly past each other.
When fascia is tight, stuck, or inflamed, it can limit movement, compress nerves, and cause widespread pain, stiffness, or even long-term functional disorders.
Many chronic pain issues don’t come from muscles directly but from deep fascial restrictions. These adhesions block energy and blood flow and upset body balance.
Traditional Thai medicine includes an ancient fascia release technique (often called “scraping” or adhesion removal).
Unfortunately, this method requires high tactile precision and deep anatomical understanding, which have become rare over generations.
In the Thai Solution Massage protocol, Master Kru Thep restored this lost wisdom by making fascia release the second step of treatment — right after releasing the Sen lines.
Adhesions are gently and precisely dissolved, supporting deep structural and energetic release for lasting pain relief.
Acupressure is a technique from traditional Chinese medicine that manually stimulates specific points along energy meridians. It helps relieve pain, restore Qi flow, and release built-up tension in the body.
In Thai Solution Massage, acupressure is the third step of the protocol.
It’s done only with fingers — no metal or hard tools — to avoid triggering body resistance. This gentle, precise approach respects each person’s sensitivity.
Master Kru Thep developed a unique training method so practitioners strengthen their hands and fingers to apply steady, deep pressure on points located beneath the Sen lines.
This manual stimulation unlocks energy blocks, dissolves deep tension, and relieves chronic physical pain naturally.
Unlike acupuncture, which mainly affects internal organ functions, massage-based acupressure focuses on musculoskeletal issues and physical pain.
In Chinese tradition, both methods are complementary and often used together.
In Thai Solution Massage, acupressure provides effective, lasting relief without trauma, reinforcing the effects of the first two steps (Sen and fascia work).
Choosing the Right Massage for Your Body
You experience persistent pain or tension in your neck, shoulders, traps, or between the shoulder blades
You have stiff shoulders or difficulty lifting your arm as before
You feel pain in your lower back, hips, or lumbar area, especially when sitting or waking up
Your legs, knees, or ankles feel stuck or tight when you move
You feel tingling, numbness, or pulling in your arms or hands
You have tight calves or feet, sometimes with cramps or discomfort when walking
You feel pain when pressure is applied to certain points, without knowing why
You often suffer from migraines, a heavy head, or tension rising from the neck
You feel constantly tired, your circulation feels slow, or your energy feels stuck
You have trouble sleeping or wake up still feeling unrested
You want a deep, structured massage that truly relieves pain
You want to take care of your health naturally before pain becomes a problem
You want to feel better in your body without being forced or manipulated
Note : If your discomfort has been present for a long time, one session may bring relief, but multiple sessions are often needed for long-term results. Regular follow-up helps your body recover and maintain its natural balance.
Because we believe that a well-designed, precise, and deep massage can deliver real results.
That’s why we only offer the Thai Solution Massage — a complete, structured technique tailored to each person.
This method is available in different durations based on your needs, schedule, and physical condition:
Thai Tension Release – 30 min
Thai Solution Massage – 60 min
Thai Solution Massage – 90 min
Thai Solution Intensive – 120 min
We offer just one technique, but it is flexible for any situation: whether you need targeted work, full-body relaxation, or deep release of chronic pain.
Each session focuses on genuine relief for your body, with precise, respectful, and painless touch.
And it’s not just a feel-good moment — Thai Solution Massage provides a well-being effect that lasts long after the session.
The Thai Solution Massage always follows the same complete method. The difference lies in how deeply we work, how much detail we apply, and how much time we spend on each area.
30 minutes : targeted care, often for the neck, shoulders, or back. Recommended for quick relief or when you're short on time.
60 minutes : a full-body massage. Great for multiple tension areas or routine maintenance.
90 minutes : a full-body session that allows deeper work on each area. Ideal for established pain or deep relaxation.
120 minutes : the most comprehensive and precise option. It targets deep imbalances and chronic issues, encouraging long-lasting structural balance.
Not just for those in pain — this format is also perfect for preventing future pain, maintaining mobility, and boosting energy.
Le choix de la durée dépend de votre état actuel, de vos objectifs et du temps que vous souhaitez vous accorder. N’hésitez pas à me demander conseil si vous hésitez.
Every movement we use has a purpose.
The Thai Solution Massage is a complete manual technique that works on tendon lines, fascia, energy points, and overall body alignment.
We don’t offer traditional oil massages because oil reduces hand-to-body grip, making it harder to apply the targeted pressure needed for deep work.
However, for some clients — especially those with water retention, circulatory issues, or sensitivity to dry pressure —
we may include a localized oil massage segment, only where needed, as a complement to the Thai Solution protocol.
This is done case-by-case, based on your needs, to give you the best results with maximum comfort.
For your safety, this massage is not recommended in the following cases:
You have a fever
You’ve had surgery in the past 3 months
You are pregnant or gave birth less than 3 months ago (a gentle oil massage may be considered in some cases)
You are in the first 3 days of your menstrual cycle
You are undergoing active cancer treatment
You have acute inflammation or recent injury
Massage may be considered if your condition is stable and medically supervised. Always take your usual medication and let me know before your session so I can adjust accordingly, i.e. high blood pressure or circulatory issues (e.g., thrombosis)
When in doubt or if you have a specific condition, please inform me beforehand — I’m here to adapt the treatment to ensure your safety.
Absolutely. The Thai Solution Massage is not just for those in pain.
It’s an excellent preventive treatment to maintain body balance, release hidden tension, and support overall vitality.
Many clients come regularly simply to feel lighter, more grounded, and mentally clear.
You may feel a difference after the first session — a sense of lightness, deep relaxation, and improved circulation.
However, for long-standing tension, several sessions are often needed to allow the body to release gradually and sustainably.
Sometimes, you won’t feel the effects right away.
That’s completely normal — it may take 3 to 4 days for your energy to balance, your internal systems to reset, and for residual tension to dissolve naturally.
Then, many people notice that certain pains disappear and they feel more stable, grounded, and calm.
To avoid discomfort returning and to maintain balance, regular massage is recommended.
It helps prevent new pain and contributes to your long-term health.
No. Thai Solution Massage is a gentle yet precise method, always adapted to your sensitivity.
We never use forceful manipulations, and pressure is adjusted based on your body and comfort.
If a certain area is sensitive, we immediately adapt to keep the treatment comfortable, fluid, and soothing.
Before, During, and After the Session
Before your session:
Take your usual medication if you have a chronic condition
Avoid arriving on an empty stomach or right after a heavy meal
Avoid alcohol or coming in with a hangover
Avoid intense physical effort just beforehand — especially if you already have pain
After your session:
Drink plenty of water to help your body release tension
Rest if needed, or resume normal activities if you feel well
Avoid intense physical effort for 1–2 days if you had significant pain before the massage
Listen to your body — it may continue adjusting for 24 to 72 hours
To remember :
Thai Solution Massage works deeply. It’s normal for your body to continue responding a few days after the session. If you feel good, you can resume activities — otherwise, take time to rest. Your body will tell you what it needs.
You’ll remain fully clothed, and no oil is used during the session.
For your comfort, we provide loose massage pants for you to wear. You can also come in comfortable clothes — no special outfit is required.
The goal is for you to feel completely relaxed and at ease throughout your Thai Solution Massage.
Yes — it's completely normal. Thai Solution Massage acts on the energy, muscle, and fascia systems. Some people may experience:
A deep sense of relaxation that makes you want to sleep or rest
A desire to remain in a peaceful and quiet state after the session
A sensation of your body adjusting, as if it’s regaining balance
Mild tingling or shivers (a sign of energy circulation returning to certain areas)
If you have chronic tension or deep blockages, you might feel slightly off balance or uncomfortable for 2–3 days.
This is part of the release and adjustment process.
Then, the discomfort fades and you’ll feel more grounded, calm, and pain-free.
If you can’t come regularly, the session can be adapted to your pace. In these cases, we apply a less intense version to avoid overload. You may feel temporary muscle fatigue, which fades in a few days.
These reactions are rare but totally normal. They show that your body is starting to move again, gently but surely.
Yes, you’re welcome to bring someone with you.
We have a waiting chair available. Your companion can stay in the reception area during your session or enjoy the shops and cafés nearby — our massage studio is located in the heart of Bayonne, just steps from Les Halles.
As a general rule, I don’t offer home massage, as the effectiveness of Thai Solution Massage depends on a proper environment.
However, in very specific cases (e.g. client cannot travel, intense pain, special request), we can discuss an exception.
Feel free to contact me to see if this might apply to your situation.
